Frequently Asked Questions
Sandbox.asia provides your child with a foundation in digital technologies that we believe will be commonplace in the working world of the future. In addition to the concepts of STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Maths), programme participants are exposed to soft skills such as teamwork and collaboration, project planning and management, structured problem-solving, communications and creative thinking.
We also aim to be competition-focused, and will organise internal events, as well as participate in larger, external competitions and events.
We cater for all levels of ability. For those who may already have experience in the areas covered within our Foundation level (DYP) / Level 1 (DJP), you can opt to join our intermediate or advanced classes (DYP) / Level 2 (DJP) class. Please contact us if you have any queries in relation to this.
All our classes are conducted in English.

That said, if things aren’t working out after the first two weeks, you can always just ask for your money back.

Generally, if a student misses a week of class, they can catch up. Our facilitators will spend additional time with that student the following week to coach them back on track.
We believe everyone learns and engages at their own pace and age maturity levels so the answer is NO. Instead, we provide struggling students with extra guidance and coaching to bring them back up to speed.
We generally target a maximum of 25 students per session with 4 to 5 facilitators managing each session.
